2011 Treasure Chest – The Organizational Home, a creation from the custom storage experts at Closet Factory and the renowned custom home builder, Sam Cohen is making great progress. The floors were screwed down this past Saturday 8-6. In addition, Sam met with the electrical, plumbing and HVAC contractors to lay out the house. He decided to get the facts about some reputable contractors first, and then decide what companies to hire to do the work. The roofing team started on Sunday 8-7 and should finish by Friday 8-12. Framing was completed on Tuesday 8-9 after three weeks of grueling heat.
The framing crew led by Kevin Norris did an outstanding job of completing the 4000 square foot house on schedule. The brick and stone masons are scheduled to start this week. Once the electrical, plumbing and HVAC rough ins are complete and inspections are approved we will start insulating with sheet rock soon to follow.
The 2011 Treasure Chest – The Organizational Home is the first Homearama show house planned and designed around custom storage solutions. This exquisite home features storage ideas, custom designed, built and installed by the storage experts at Closet Factory.
