Logical Living – Special Features
- Introducing the “Flex room” A room with serious lifestyle muscle! The logical solution for a space that needs to serve more than one purpose. It’s a bedroom, no it’s a home office, no it’s a TV den, no wait, it’s all three! A Murphy bed room that transforms to fit your needs at the very moment you need it.
- The dining room China Cabinet– a classic… Everyday elegance with purpose. A stunning custom built-in designed to fit the space like a glove, and not take up precious walk room. It beautifully stores and displays, pairing grace and function seamlessly.
- Pantry Perfection– Never again will you dig for a kitchen tool crammed in a cavernous cabinet or an overstuffed drawer. This perfectly designed pantry gives you storeroom organization at your fingertips.
- The Butler’s Pantry – Placed between the kitchen and the dining room this beautiful piece is all about serving. Wine grids, a beverage refrigerator, stemware holders and plenty of barware storage all make the additional counter space the most logical area for all your drink preparation and serving tray placement. Moreover, the integration of the kitchen worktops into this space seamlessly bridges the gap between functionality and elegance. Worktops in the kitchen and the additional counter space creates a cohesive flow, offering a unified and sophisticated look while ensuring practicality. This synergy not only extends the workspace for food preparation but also enhances the serving area, allowing for a seamless transition between culinary craftsmanship and hospitality, making it a focal point of both utility and aesthetic charm
- The Breakfast Nook Window Surround – Every window should have a view, and this one even has one on the inside! A gorgeous piece, including a window seat with drawers under it, and cabinets on either side it’s the logical use of cabinetry to marry the room with the kitchen.
- His and Hers Master Closets – Closets that say… “I love you honey, but I need my own space! Separate closets, united marriage! Yes, two master closets, thoughtfully designed to accommodate individual needs. That’s woman logic!
- No “dead zone’s” here– the carved out alcove space is used to house linens and extra towels for the full bath in the Flex room and a well-placed “drop space” for a quick unloading of your arms coming out of the garage.
- The laundry / mud room and appliance storage- A landing spot. Sit down and take off your work boots and leave them where you’ll need them. Throw your hat, jacket or your book bag on the hook, because you have a place especially for that. Need some shelving for anything else? That’s there too. In addition to an oversized cabinet built just for your vacuum, Swiffer, broom and bucket, and next to it, all your cleaning supplies in one place. Oh yeah, did we mention the wall mounted ironing board, the valet rod mounted on the appliance cabinet to conveniently hang your ironed within arm’s reach?
- A Garage you can actually park your car in! – It’s possible because your home’s storage needs are met inside, and what belongs in the garage has a place. Now that seems logical!
- OMG…An Awesome Kid’s Cave! –Dedicated to the needs of the kids in the family, this room puts the “multi” in multi-tasking. Here’s the logic… first, a place to do homework with two separate stations each with a personal bank of drawers and upper cabinets. Second, a gaming credenza designed to hold all the necessary equipment all in one place. And finally, a pull down bed for an overnight stay. This is a must see super cool twist on a Murphy bed.
- No Closet left behind! Every inch of closet space, whether it’s in the upstairs bedrooms or the coat closet downstairs each design has a logical purpose. It’s all about the details, and you’ll find them all over the closet spaces, look closely and you’ll also see the high quality of each detail that is built to stand up to everyday use.
- A sloped ceiling yielding to a logical storage solution! We turned a hard to use space into a tremendously useful space! Tucked away and out of site this knee wall storage solution is a simply brilliant idea.
- The Seasonal Solution room! This could possibly be the most logical solution in the house! It’s the room that catches the bins, the out of season clothes, the upstairs vacuum cleaner, and gives you a place to wrap a present!
